Pharmacy Representative

Specialty Care Pharmacy (SCRx), a fast-growing, Nashville based retail pharmacy, has immediate openings for 3 (three) Pharmacy Representatives (PR).  As the pharmacy of choice for Fresenius Medical Care-North America, Specialty Care Pharmacy delivers medication and personal services to dialysis patients throughout the US.

Our Pharmacy Representatives visit dialysis clinics to market and promote our medication management pharmacy program to patients.  The PR provides implementation support as well as acts as a resource for patients and clinic staff.  SCRx offers competitive compensation and benefits program.

Responsibilities:

·  Travels to facilities by ground or air, as necessary, with 75% travel per month to various locations.

·  Communicates with clinic staff to review patient enrollment process.

·  Presents SCRx program in concise and effective manner to patients and care givers and enrolls patients.

·  Secures patient information, requests and demographics.

·  Provides patient and facility support as needed; facilitates positive on-going relationships.

·  Functions as liaison between facility, patients and SCRx as needed.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree (or high school graduate with significant life experiences acceptable).

·  Experience in marketing or healthcare preferred; dialysis or pharmacy experience very helpful.

·  Sales/marketing and customer service experience preferable.

·  High level of personal and professional ethics.

·  Ability to build quality relationships.

·  Background checks and pre-hire/random drug testing required.

·  Bilingual a plus.
