Description

Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient s progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.



Qualifications

Education:

Entry level Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Certificates / Licenses:

Board Certified / Eligible

New graduates acceptable



Schedule:

Full-time day 8:00 to 4:30 PM
