JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-4:30 OR 7:30-4P; Days of work: M-F with occasional Saturday SUMMARY: This position administers routine physical therapy treatment as directed by a Physical Therapist. He/She monitors exercise programs, applies modalities and assists with discharge planning as directed by a Physical Therapist. REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAssociates Degree from a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant Program or graduate of accredited PTA program. Licensed by the State of Ohio. Participation in student clinic rotations.SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGESpecialized knowledge in modalities to prevent injuries. Continuing education in area of interest relevant to work assignment. KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCENew graduates with excellent references and/or one year rehabilitation experience.
