Effectively uses leadership qualities, professional judgment and has a sense of professional development. Demonstrates ability to understand the physical, mental, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families. Able to work in collaboration with associates (team effort) to provide quality interdisciplinary patient care/programming. Individual must posses and be able to demonstrate skills relative to the care of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
