Our rehab patients include pediatrics, adult, and geriatric with conditions ranging from, Ortho to medically complex to Neuro patients. Work schedule are flexible allowing for individual schedules that meets employees' life styles. Our therapist to patient ratio is highly desirable, and allows our therapist more patient interaction/care planning, including computer charting. Therapists are geographically located so no more traveling from one part of the valley to the other. The rehab department with Home Care is comprised of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, and much more. Shift open currently are 8am-5pm and have total work hour from Per Diem to 40 hours a week. . Qualifications: Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy. Must possess a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Arizona. Relates throughout the interview process their clinical competency, experience, training and education they have received that is required to perform the job.
