Physical Therapist II Maximum loan forgiveness is $18,000 for candidates holding a MastersRelocation reimbursement, sign on bonus and medical benefits are includedThis is located in Puyallup, Washington a beautiful place to live!!! The Physical Therapist II is responsible for evaluating and setting up treatment programs for patients.  He or she is then responsible for following through with the program, reevaluating and eventually discharging the patient.  The Physical Therapists II may delegate appropriate portions of the treatment program to supportive personnel, supervising them accordingly.  Additionally, he or she is responsible for coordinating and leading a committee or task force dealing with the improvement of the department or program.Work is performed primarily indoors in the physical therapy department or on the nursing floors.  Work is performed either in a standing position, bending over plinths, or on exercise mats and tables.  Physical effort is required to transfer patients or assist patients in ambulation.  This frequently requires the PT II to lift an excess of 50 lbs. Qualifications:· Valid Washington State Physical Therapy License· Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to patients, patient's families,   staff and physicians· Ability to read basic documentation forms for charting purposes and read   medical records· Ability to work well with others· Ability to support patients weighing 150+ lbs.· Ability to stand for 1-2 hours at a time and move about the facility freely· Ability to stoop and kneel for short periods throughout the day· Ability to identify occupational hazards and use safety precautions· Ability to use therapeutic modalities· Two years of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist· Competent in evaluation and treatment skills of primary patient diagnostic groups  of service area in which working (ie. Orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation,   work rehabilitation) PLEASE EMAIL RESUME TO: pchinn@comforce.com Phelecia Chinn, Medical Account Staffing ManagerComforce Incorporated425-518-6436 Cellwww.comforce.comCOMFORCE Corporation is a leading provider of Permanent/Contingent Staffing, Information Technology Consulting and Human Resource Outsourcing Solutions.
