Physical Therapist in subacute setting- Buffalo New York

Formed in 1998 under four religious sponsors, the Catholic Health System provides health care to hundreds of thousands of Western New Yorkers across a network of four hospitals, fourteen primary care centers, seven diagnostic and treatment centers, a freestanding surgery center, six long-term care facilities, two adult homes, three home care agencies, and several other community ministries.

CHS currently has 2 full time day opportunities for Physical Therapists in our subacute department at McAuley Residence in Kenmore, NY.  Responsibilities include: to plan, organize, and direct the Physical Therapy Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

·  Must be a graduate from a accredited PT school with a B.S. degree in Physical Therapy.

·  Long Term Care experience preferred.
