Physician Recruiter

We’re looking for a Physician Recruiter with a strong work ethic, excellent references and good interpersonal skills.  Starting salary is $40,000 with monthly bonuses program, top notch benefits (listed below) and… drum roll… a company funded 401k program!

 

Global Medical is a rapidly expanding firm with a fun and exciting team environment.  We place medical doctors into temporary and permanent assignments around the globe.  We are one of the fastest growing companies in the most robust sector of the U.S. economy (health care).  If you are tired of office politics and mind-numbing meetings this may be the job for you!

 

Day to Day Tasks:Recruiting doctors to work overseas (Sorry, we already have a president)Carefully screening interested candidatesLiaising with team members, other employees and managementAd hoc projects as assignedNo overtime or weekend work required (Nice, huh?)



Work HoursMonday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PMFriday, 8 AM to 5 PMOvertime and weekend work not required

Traits We’re Looking For:Strong communications skillsSuperior interpersonal skills (We hate fist fights and hair pulling)Past record of excellent performanceAbility to manage multiple tasks (Juggling and tap dancing?)Prior sales experience preferred
