Areté Sleep Health is currently seeking a full time Traveling Polysomnographic Technician to join our expanding team!

 

The Polysomnographic Technician will be responsible for traveling to our various locations to:

 

- Gather and analyze patient information.

 

- Prepare sleep testing procedures.

 

- Conduct Polysomnographic protocols and procedures during studies.

 

- Polysomnographic record stage-scoring.

 

- Perform other duties as required.

 

 

 Minimum Requirements

 

- A High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.

 

- One year experience in polysomnographic testing with demonstrated competencies upon hire; OR 6 months of experience as a PSG Trainee with successful completion of all company competency exams; OR appropriate background experience in respiratory therapy with RPSGT, CRT, or RRT credential. 

 

- Experience in scoring and CPAP, BiPAP, and O2 titrations.

 

- CPR or BCLS certified.

 

- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

 

- Computer literacy.

 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

- Excellent customer service skills.

 

- Must be professional, possess a high degree of detail-orientation and self-motivation, and have a strong work ethic.

 

- Must possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with HIPAA guidelines and patient matters.
