President/CEO

The California Hospice & Palliative Care Association is seeking a President/CEO to manage all of its activities as well as those of its sister organization, the California Hospice Foundation.

The President/CEO provides inspired leadership to ensure that the missions of the organizations are successfully carried out. The President/CEO works closely with the Boards of Directors of both organizations on setting strategic direction for the future. He/she is the chief spokesperson for both organizations and is responsible for representing the Association and the Foundation on a state and national level.

The President/CEO has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, supervising staff and overseeing legislative and regulatory activities, as well as the programmatic, financial and management operations of each.
