WellPoint is the nation's leading health benefits company serving the needs of approximately 28 million medical members nationwide.Manages process improvement projects with front end vendors, providers, software vendors, trade organizations and internal departments to increase the quality and performance of pharmacy benefits management (PBM) and Specialty Pharmacy.  Provides process improvement methodology coaching and training to associates and team members who are participating on the process improvement projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the identification, research and implementation of process improvements. Leads projects of significant scope. Manages internal and external process improvement projects with team members who work across Regional and Corporate organizational structures and with external parties (providers and trade organizations) to formulate consensus on improvements and to implement internal and external systems, policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.Bachelors degree required with 5 years experience. Six Sigma Black Belt certification or related process improvement certification preferred. Healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred, leadership skills, analytical and project management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and PC proficiency required.
