Process Owner, Manufacturing

Qualified candidate should be trained in all of the following areas: Weighing, Mixing, Compression, Coating, Granulation, and Machine set-up. Will possess the leadership skills that will enable him/her to coordinate daily tasks. This will include monitoring area performance within the manufacturing operation, coordinating process improvement activities, team-based meetings and Rapid Learning Events. Coordinate training and development of team members, staffing needs, monitor time and attendance, training records, and task-oriented duties of the operation with the Shift Supervisor. Responsible for enforcing SOP's, cGMP's, safety rules and investigation reporting and quality/corrective actions.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years manufacturing experience. Previous experience in a team lead role is highly desired; pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Office) required.
