Process Owner, Packaging

Develops and monitors key performance metrics. Collaborates with QA personnel as required to resolve issues related to the quality of packaging components and/or finished goods. Facilitates continuous improvement activities. Collaborates with P&IC personnel as required to resolve scheduling issues related to component availability and/or line productivity. Coordinates the training of packaging personnel. Manages personnel resources (e.g. temporary labor) to assure that the packaging line achieves its daily production goals. Maintains a safe and organized work environment. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred. At least five years packaging experience in a cGMP-regulated environment. Must be results-oriented, adaptable/flexible, able to identify/facilitate continuous improvement opportunities, and able to build inter-departmental relationships.
