Summary:
Responsible for processing cash sales and maintaining payment procedures. Also responsible for providing support to sales by re-contacting prospective and recent customers to promote sales opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate processing of all cash sales
• Provide support for financing plans, invoicing, and billing
• Build relationships with customers to generate customer referrals
• Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
• Discuss company products and services and regenerate sales opportunities
• Coordinate call transfers with Mobility Consultants
• Must conduct all duties and responsibilities in full compliance with Medicare, Insurance and The SCOOTER Store policies, laws and regulations

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational skills
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Read and comprehend simple correspondence; read and interpret less straightforward material such as activity reports, procedure manuals, and non-standard letters
• Perform simple math functions, such as counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing
• Use spreadsheet, database, word processing or financial software to enter, edit and retrieve data
