Product Manager

Caldera Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling implantable grafts into the Gynecology, Urology and Urogynecology surgical markets. Caldera has been marketing implants for stress urinary incontinence since 2003.  In 2006, Caldera launched its Hydrix family of tissue grafts for stress urinary incontinence and pelvic floor reconstruction. Caldera also markets POPmesh, a synthetic mesh graft for pelvic floor reconstruction.

Caldera currently is looking for a talented marketing professional to plan, manage, and execute on the company's outbound marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Caldera Medical's outbound marketing activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sales force training, marketing collateral development, trade show coordination, website development and content management, and competitive analysis. 

Requirements: Two years medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare related marketing experience. Demonstrated success in creating, executing, and tracking marketing programs through the product lifecycle. Experience launching new products. Experience with creative development and execution, including collateral creative brief and storyboard development, copywriting, and managing outside agency relationships (photography, design, printing, etc.). Superlative relationship building skills and a passion for managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Strong leadership skills, quick learner, and a self-starter; able to work under minimal supervision and with minimal direction. Strong computer software skills, including expertise with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Four-year degree. Up to 25% travel.


+'s:Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with physician key opinion leaders (KOL’s). Sales force training and education experience including the development, implementation, and tracking of training programs. Experience in Gynecology or Urology markets a plus. Start-up and large company experience. Financial modeling and forecasting skills. Familiarity with FDA/CE regulatory guidelines on marketing claims for a medical device. Facility with graphics programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat is a plus. MBA degree.
