Production Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

ResponsibilitiesMaintain in-depth knowledge of all current RHI systems, products and services. Operate all system engines, stored procedures, and scripts in order to load and process client data.  Quality check data to ensure it was properly loaded.Analyze results of system audits to determine and report variations or problem areas.Create ad-hoc SQL queries as required for analysis, trouble-shooting, or problem solving in Microsoft SQL*Server environmentPerform archiving and data-base clean up functions.Create client deliverable files, reports, databases, etc on time, according to production schedule.Maintain basic understanding of future system and product development plans to provide appropriate feedback to development team in terms of how systems can be improved or changes will affect production.Perform other duties required to meet client or company requirements as directed.

 

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years experience in information systems, and /or data analysis.  Prefer 1 year experience in healthcare setting and/or working with healthcare related data.Skilled in use of computer applications including database management, MS-office, and archiving methods.  Must have working knowledge of SQL programming.Must be detail oriented with the ability to quality check reports and data to ensure accuracy.Self-directed, assertive, flexible and creative in problem solving in a high volume and changing work environment.Effective written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, health sciences or related field with emphasis in analytical thinking
