Professional Nurse- Spanish Required

Congregate Care provides care to elderly, disabled and chronically ill individuals who live in a variety of housing settings, such as adult homes, assisted-living facilities, Section 202 and other senior citizen housing, co-op apartment developments, single room occupancy (SRO) facilities, and naturally occurring retirement communities. Our skilled nurses work on-site to deliver and coordinate care. In addition, they are available to provide health information and education to site residents. Our focus on the needs of resident populations provides for an efficient and cost-effective service delivery model.


As a full time Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing high quality multidisciplinary health services for patients in the Region/Program consistent with Agency philosophy, policy, goals and objectives, and Standards of Nursing Practice. You will work under moderate supervision.

Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.
Education: Diploma or Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an approved program, required.
Experience: Bilingual English-Spanish required. Minimum one year of experience in a medical/surgical environment preferred.
