Professional Placement Manager / Recruiter / Inside Sales

We are seeking a Professional Placement Manager to join our Allied Health Care Division and corporate team in our Lake Mary, Florida Office.

This position allows one to take control of their environment and work independently with healthcare clients and clinicians throughout the country. Marketing skills, telephone skills, and relationship building are keys to success in this position. This inside, professional sales position supports our company as a leader in therapy staffing. You will provide staffing solutions to our clients that help ease the burden on understaffed healthcare facilities nationwide, and address the ever increasing shortage of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists across the United States.

We employ Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists and other healthcare professionals, traveling nationwide to fill the needs of our clients on an interim and permanent. The Professional Placement Manager position will be responsible for matching candidates with existing clients as well as establishing new relationships with clients in an assigned geographical territory.

The type of candidate(s) we are seeking are new or recent College Graduates that are enthusiastic and eager to start a professional career. Any sales experience, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess great organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team, in a time sensitive environment. A bachelor’s degree is required.
