Program & Admissions Director

Y.O.U., Inc. is a large, non-profit, social service agency that provides some of the best services available to at-risk children, adolescents and their families. We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the following positions in the Gardner/Templeton area: 

 

Admissions Director

 

We are searching for a dedicated professional to join our senior management team

at our residential school for adolescent girls. The ideal candidate is an experienced

residential Clinician (PhD/LICSW pref’d) who will conduct clinical assessments of

referred clients and market the program to referral sources. The successful candidate

will have advanced clinical assessment skills and experience/aptitude for marketing/

communications. Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply. Req #4320 

 

Program Director

 

Responsible for the management and supervision of the program; oversees clinical

services and program operations; accountability and availability to the needs of the

program, including “after hours”; supervision of staff and interns; assisting the

Director of Residences and/or Component Director in managing the program(s) annual

budget. BA req’d, MA or MSW pref’d, with least 4 years of demonstrated experience in

supervising and leading diversified staff, demonstrated administrative and organizational

capabilities and ability to work effectively with other community agencies. Req #4376 

 

Assistant Program Director/Clinician

 

Works in collaboration with Unit Leadership Team to insure successful management

and supervision of the program, providing crisis intervention to adolescent females with

trauma based histories. On-call and availability to meet the needs of the program. MA

in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling Psychology required, along with a minimum

of 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a diversified staff team. Req #4262 

 

Evening Supervisor

 

Responsible for the ongoing operation and supervision of shifts within program setting.

Participates in the maintenance and implementation of program policies, program

development, management and planning. BA degree and Residential Supervisory

experience req’d. Req #4354
