Program Coordinator- Neuroscience program

Swedish Neuroscience Institute, Neuroendocrinology program seeks and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team.



This position provides comprehensive administrative support for the SPD Neuro-Endocrinology Program, coordinating all aspects of patient management, intake, program logistics, program relationships and service delivery. Works with the medical director to build referral relationships with community physicians. Works with families to ensure timely intake and assessment.  Works with program professional staff and other SMC departments to ensure smooth logistical support for space, equipment, and staffing for all program activities.



Requires: previous experience working in health care, clinic setting preferred; ability to independently plan and organize to meet long term (6 months – 1 year) scheduling and logistical needs; ability to multi-task; excellent computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills and; familiarity with neuro or endocrinology strongly preferred.
