Program Director- Partial Hospital Program

The next step in your career! South Bay seeks a dynamic leader to direct our Partial Hospital-Day Treatment Programs in Worcester. We provide psychoeducational, skill building, and activity groups to adults with psychiatric disorders. We also offer case management and treatment coordination to those admitted to our programs. The responsibilities of this exciting leadership position include overseeing day-to-day operations, providing program development, networking with collateral agencies, and providing supervision and training for our clinical team. We provide excellent mentoring, supervision, training, opportunities for career advancement, and a competitive benefits package. EOE. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and leadership experience. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
