Program Manager - Brain Injury Services

Job Description:

Bancroft NeuroHealth a leader in service and care for individuals with neurological impairments is currently seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER for one of our Brain Injury Services Residential facilities in the Cherry Hill area, NJ. The position requires working with the Adult population. This is a Full Time 40 hr/wk position.

Duties of the position include: *Providing for the overall care, supervision, and safety of persons we serve while providing support and direction to Program Associates. *Conducts staff meetings and attends management meetings to keep staff well informed. *Supports development and career growth of staff by providing ongoing training and certification attainment. *Work in conjunction with Human Resources Department, actively participates in the applicant hiring and termination process.

Requirements: *High School Diploma or equivalent required *Bachelors Degree pref'd. *2 - 3 years in Human Services Field pref'd. *Previous supervisory, teaching, vocational, or training experience Req'd *Valid Driver's License Req'd. *Clean Criminal Background. *Must be able to provide minimum (2) Professional References.
