Program Manager, Revenue Recovery Services

Public Sector Partners, an innovative and unique consulting company which manages a variety of healthcare related programs, is seeking a Program Manager, Revenue Recovery Services (RRS) to join our team.

 

The Program Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing internal processes within RRS in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies and procedures, as well as leading quality control and quality improvement initiatives.

 

Major responsibilities:

 

·  Provide general direction and support to a group of RRS Program staff and senior program staff.

a. Provide direct instruction, support, and performance feedback.

b.  Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all routine deliverables for which direct report staff is responsible.

c.  Provide Human Resource management of direct report staff including hiring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

·  Ensure that program compliance requirements and quality control standards are maintained.

d.  Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the Program’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

e. Coordinate communication and work efforts among all internal departments and, when applicable, with external vendors to effectively implement quality control, quality improvement, and training initiatives.

·  As needed, provide back up support for functions of the Director.

· Participate in and/or lead program development efforts related to RRS (program efficiencies, team structure reporting and metrics, etc).

 

Qualifications for this role are:

 Bachelor’s degree and at least 5-7 years of related experience.Solid understanding of Healthcare, Medicare Claiming and Billing Industry, experience in Recovery or Subrogation a plus. Proven ability to provide outstanding client service and support with strong client management skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary groups. Strong organizational skills and ability to work within regulated timelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
