Project Coordinator, Surgical Research Office

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator in our Surgical Research Office at Evanston Hospital.

The Project Coordinator is accountable for the overall management of specific clinical research protocols and disease related databases for the Department of Surgery. The Coordinator will collaborate with interdepartmental staff in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation the protocol treatment. Responsibilities also include consenting research patients and following IRB regulations.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

· Baccalaureate degree required

· 2 years of research experience preferred

· Research certification required after 2 years in position.

· Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel skills.

· Access database experience preferred.
