Proven management skill in implementing and maintaining applications is required. 5-9 years of project management in computer analysis, applications development/support, implementation and training preferred. Knowledge and experience with databases and database tools, and spreadsheet/presentation programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
