Project Manager/Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Project Manager/Client Service Representative. You will be responsible for coordinating and processing print/mail production orders, problem solving issues and being a liaison between operations, IT and sales.Additional responsibilities include: Launching new projects; Responding to client requests in a timely manner; Coordinating special requests from customers with the operations department; Preparing custom client reports as needed; Administrative duties (maintain/update billing records, file client correspondence, prepare bulk marketing mailings, etc).  A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications is required.
