RESPONSIBILITIES

 

General project management of operational activity.  Develop and manage the project, managing the tasks and assure deliverables are met.  Interface proactively with both internal and external customers to define requirements and deliver successful project results.  Analyze data and reports to determine performance levels, trends, thus identifying areas of improvement.  Manage special projects, works collaboratively for client, and acts as liaison to all internal departments.
Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Manage to meet pre-determined schedules and timelines.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.Facilitates communications between functional leaders and subject matter experts.Schedules team meetings with all functional areas to review activity and account status; develops meeting agenda including performance reports from each area; provides functional managers with updates on client issues and feedback from team members.Direct the functional areas in their development of action plans to resolve and/or address deficiencies in deliverables.Provide 90-day forecasts to ensure preparedness to effectively manage all services.Proactively seek to identify unanticipated business drivers; information must be shared immediately with all affected parties.Create Executive Summary for monthly performance reports and customer satisfaction survey as appropriate.Provide root cause analysis of any issues that causes disruption in service.Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.Minimize our exposure and risk on project.Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.Facilitates team meetings effectively.Holds regular status meetings with project team.Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to assure performance guarantees are met. Responsible for coordinating the effort necessary to assure successful implementation of new Clients within required time frame.Document technical requirements, and implement change control procedures.Travel as necessary.

 





  QUALIFICATIONSMust exhibit demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, lifecycles and problem resolution. At least 5 years of experience.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.  Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills required.  Detail oriented individual with ability to determine root cause and assess corrective action.  Microsoft Office including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.  Must be a team player; ability to lead.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to be understood, clear and concise.  Self starter, able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion with minimum supervision. Ability to work in a fast paced organization.  Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.  Must be able to travel with minimal notice and put in work hours that con  Hours required will exceed general core hours on a consistent basis.  FSA and COBRA certified.  Bachelors degree in Business, Math or Computer Science or related health care administration/HR preferred.
