Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: Manages self-funded, TPA new business RFP requests, existing customer RFP requests and UHC migration requisitions including: initial RFP review, pricing preparation, marketing stop loss, responding to questionnaires, coordinating network analysis, compiling complete response for presentation to broker and/or prospect Leads effective business meetings with TPA Sales Executive, UHC Account Executive and/or broker to gain additional/missing information and confirm response strategy Supports development of text for proposals Updates sales tracking database Completes all need follow-upQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in proposal development, marketing, business development, scientific and/or technical writing preferred.  The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, is required. Computer literacy, including knowledge and use of spreadsheets and document preparation applications required. WORD, EXCEL user required, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK user preferred.  Solid interpersonal skills. Solid organizational skills.
