Proposal Manager

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:Work with Capture Manager (CM) for duration of effort to produce quality proposal; keep CM informed of critical issues; and keep effort on schedule.Work with CM to prepare, regularly review and manage proposal budget.Work hand-in-hand with Capture Manager for duration of effort to produce quality proposal; keep CM informed of critical issues; and keep effort on schedule.Work with CM to prepare, regularly review and manage proposal budget.Distribute RFP to all relevant parties.Work with CM to determine proposal team (type/number of resources required), and secure resources.Prepare proposal development schedules showing key dates/milestones.Develop proposal information package (PIP).Develop kickoff meeting materials.Drive technical/management proposal excellence.Coordinate activities with proposal publication staff (graphics, editing, formatting, publishing, assembly).Other Business Development duties as assigned.Requirements: Bachelors Degree.Experience in the Medicaid and/or healthcare arena.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Managerial/Leadership experience.Must be detail oriented.Team player.Position could be "Home Based" and work remote.
