Proposal Writer/Editor

Seeking a writer-editor/proposal coordinator for a Dynamic Healthcare Company! Are you a top-notch writer? Do you have experience writing and producing proposals and sales materials? We are a fast paced healthcare company in a beautiful setting in South San Francisco whose mission is to help individuals achieve and maintain optimal health.

We are looking for a dynamic, skilled writer who loves getting the details right. Expertise we are seeking includes ability to craft compelling RFPs, ability to translate complex ideas into easily understandable prose for B to B sales, ability to work with competing priorities, meet deadlines and shift tasks as needed, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative and a desire to contribute. Ideally you have a solid work history, can demonstrate your effectiveness in previous positions, are easy to get along with, are a self starter, have solid skills, and a critical thinker. A sense of humor is also a plus!Other Qualifications - BA with emphasis in marketing or communications, plus at least two years of proposal experience. - Experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred. - Computer literacy including Power Point fluency, database, spreadsheet and word processing skills. - Experience with proposal content management systems helpful but not required.

- Experience with seeing a proposal through from start to finish.
