If you are interested in working on both a regional and national level, apply today.  Note: The chosen candidate may work from any of our offices or from home anywhere in the U.S. Primary responsibilities include: Work in unison with network recruiters to meet corporate network goals and internal/external client expectations Perform initial recruitment functions, this includes but is not limited to lead generation and provider recruitment mailing development and deployment Phone and face to face provider recruitment as needed Assist network recruiter with developing state and or client specific recrutiment strategies to attain goals and clients expectations  Acting as a liason between the Recruitment and Operations Teams to direct all non-recruitment aspects of inducting new providers to the regional network Coordinating with internal staff members to identify and strategize resolution of regional and national administrative issues Ensuring that provider information is accurately maintained in databases (i.e., FACETS, NetworksPro, and Teamtrack) Work in unison with network recruiter to develop reports for client presentations and monthly,quarterly, and annual management reports Collaborating with network recruiter and other staff to identify recruitment barriers and make appropriate adjustments to the recruitment goals as needed for territory Performing ad hoc duties as assignedRequired qualifications include: Dental network development/administation experience gained within a healthcare environment MS Office skills Bachelor's degree Strong organizational skills allowing for multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads to maximize effeciency Strong written and verbal skillsPreferred qualifications include: Dental recruitment experience (open to hospital or provider relations exp.)
