Provider Relations Manager

ArchCare Advantage is a newly approved Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for those who are eligible for nursing home level of care. Join our team and get in on the ground floor of this exciting, innovative and collaborative health plan for frail individuals.We are currently seeking a Provider Relations Manager who will be responsible for managing the ArchCare Advantage provider network and overseeing support staff. In this role, the Manager serves as the Plan’s liaison to the provider network, and is expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with providers and their office staff. The Manager is responsible for performing all provider related activities including contracting, orientation and education, and performance monitoring, and will work with providers to ensure timely resolution of all provider issues. The Provider Relations Manager coordinates the ArchCare Advantage credentialing and recredentialing process.To qualify for this position, you will have 3+ years health care or managed care experience. An Associate’s degree is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Specific Provider Relations and Network Development experience as well as knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid programs and reimbursement methodologies is also required. Must possess excellent analytical skills, strong decision making ability, and superb written and verbal communication skills.
