Psychosocial/Bereavement Program Director

Role:

Promotes psychosocial and bereavement proactice and excellence in hospice care by assuring that psychosocial and bereavement practice standards are met. Affirms and assists in ensuring that quality psychosocial and bereavement services are provided to LH/GSH patients/familes.

Qualifications:

Masters degree and Florida License in Clinical Social Work.

Exp in program planning

Hospice or health care exp preferred

In depth, current knowledge in area of specialty and the ability to translate professional and organizational goals into effective programs

Valid driver's lic and ins.

Ability to travel to off-site location
