About the Position:
We are searching for an excellent Public Relations Manager to join our team of professionals. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Communications and 3+ years of related experience.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:
· Strong media relations experience – national publications, broad range of contacts and contact types, used to dealing with large and small publications alike as well as daily, weekly and monthly publications.
· Strong understanding of how publications operate – reporter and editor roles, editorial calendars.
· Strategic thinking
· Strong writing skills – specifically the ability to deliver compelling content that also delivers on company positioning and key messages.
· Strong interpersonal skills – must be able to build and leverage relationships with many contacts.
· Cross-functional leadership – must be able to work with experts throughout the company and help guide them toward specific outcomes.
· Health care experience preferred.
 
Location:
This position is based in South Bend, IN.
