Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Manages all aspects related to public relations and communications programs which promote the company's image and relations with the public, media, industry, and employees.  Develops proactive Public Relations approaches which support the strategic communications plan of the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Help manage overall Public Relations Plan and corresponding elements;  community event promotion, media campaigns and programs. Work in conjunction with cross functional teams to develop, manage and promote activities which enhance regional and/or national company-wide communications objectives. Develop ideas and creates copy for media campaigns and promotional materials, including press releases, fact sheets, case studies and other pertinent information. Ability to create proactive media campaigns and find ways to craft compelling stories that reinforce the company's business goals and brand. Review reports and evaluates feedback to determine effectiveness of Public Relations campaigns and media activity. Coach senior management on content and delivery of media interactions and interviews.Management Duties: Develop and administers objectives, operating policies and procedures, and strategic action plans for achieving goals. Provide leadership and motivation by establishing clear expectations, communicating specific performance feedback, and giving timely and thorough performance reviews . Ability to manage peers and supervisors to ensure proper coordination of timely issues and materials. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: BS/BA required. 6 - 8 years relevant experience required. General knowledge of PC usage Excellent verbal and written communication 2-3 years of supervisory experience PR management skills, including media and agency interface.
