QMRP

Optimum Residential Services, Ltd. is seeking a full-time salaried Case Manager (QMRP) for developmentally disabled individuals residing in a small group home setting.

Must have 4 -year degree in a human service related field. Must be able to work in a team environment, provide training to direct care staff, have a flexible schedule and be able stay organized with regards to responding to incidents, completing assigned work and providing in-service training and monitoring. Must be able to travel to group home sites and vocational training programs. Prefer candidates with some experience with MHMR population.

Mileage allowance is available.

Benefits available after completion of probation and include: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and 401K.

Criminal background check is required.

Must have or be able to obtain a valid Texas Drivers License.
