QUALITY ANALYST

We currently have an opening for a QUALITY ANALYST. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for data input, compilation, abstraction and analysis of information from a variety of sources, including departmental and hospital databases and medical records. Regularly updates databases as needed. Prepares reports, both graphic and written meeting various deadlines, to facilitate the organization and CHW’s data reporting requirements. Reports include but are not limited to: dashboards, conscious sedation,, tissue review, operative and invasive, restraints, resuscitative services, blood utilization, MRRC, infection control indicators. and the EOC continued readiness. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Preferred RN, LVN or other healthcare professional experience with a minimum of three years clinical experience; preferably also has quality services background. LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: RN or LVN license; Certified Medical Records Technician or other HealthCare background.
