QUALITY MANAGEMENT MANAGER, RN

Monarch HealthCare is currently searching for an experienced manager to join our Quality Management Department.  In this management role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organization's overall quality management program, including collaborating with internal and external customers to identify trends, prioritize and recommend improvements.  The Quality Management Manager ensures compliance with state, federal and health plan laws, statues, rules regulations and standards.  The manager also provides expertise, technical assistance, consultation and training to staff and practitioners regarding laws, statues, rules, regulations and standards. 

 

To be qualified for this exciting opportunity, the right candidate will be:

 

 CA RN with a current license and no restrictions; CPHQ preferred4-7 years prior experience in a managed care setting in a similar role Strong working knowledge of federal, state and other regulatory requirements (CMS, DMHC, NCQA) along with stellar knowledge of quality process as it applied to managed careExcellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians as well as staff at all levels Sound knowledge of MS Office products strongly desired
