Talecris Plasma Resources specializes in the collection of human plasma used in therapies that help people everywhere maintain and enhance their quality of life.  Continued growth at our Colorado Springs, CO Plasma Donor Center has created an immediate, full-time opening for a Quality Supervisor.

 

You will ensure that the Plasma Center is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as industry and company Standard Operating Procedures. Duties include ensuring plasma shipments meet specifications/requirements, are properly labeled and documented. Will authorize final plasma shipments; ensure accuracy of donor files, supplies and materials; and ensure CLIA proficiency test surveys and complaint investigations/training has been properly documented. You will collaborate effectively with Center Managers to ensure product quality and implement continuous quality improvements.

 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in a donor center or similar quality assurance or medical environment. Ability to understand and assess FDA regulations is essential. Individual should pursue ASQ Certification during employment. Must have good math and PC skills. Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills are required.
