Location: Skokie, IL 60076Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend JOB DESCRIPTION: A health benefits administrator is looking for a Quality Analyst to join their company.  in this position you will be moderately supervised and will be responsible to lead or participate in quality reviews and various other organizational improvement initiatives. You will identify opportunities for process and data improvement, integrity and quality, and customer service. Analyst will perform work as required to fulfill project objectives and ongoing responsibilities. In this role the successful candidate will serve as a quality assurance analyst between the system users and IPS Department.  Develop and implement detailed process, financial and quality controls throughout all operations departments/processes and extend throughout the organization as appropriate. Reactively, conduct quality reviews.  Coordinates in-depth fact-finding and complex analysis of existing systems and procedures and recommends methods of improvement.   Directs detailed systems studies of various Company functional operations to improve operational efficiency.   Proactively identify inefficiencies in system use from a control, technique or process viewpoint and propose changes that may include process redesign and/or system enhancement.  Provide an independent analysis of process/data quality and recommend repairs, where necessary. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelors’ degree in business or related field. • 5 yrs of process design and/or quality review experience preferably in financial services industry • Proven analytical ability, process oriented, root cause analysis experience • Proven ability to design, implement and/or manage quality control processes. • Process or quality certification. PREFERRED:• CQA or other equivalent quality certification • Six Sigma Black Belt • SunGard Omni Plus highly preferred • Strong working knowledge of the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit industry.  About Hudson IT & Telecommunications Hudson IT&T serves as a trusted resource for clients seeking high-quality technology professionals and IT solutions.
