Responsible for assisting in the daily operational functioning of the quality review process. This entails tracking, trending, investigation, and resolving complaints, significant incidents, and quality of care issues. Qualified applicants will have: BA/BS in behavioral health or social service field; two (2) years experience in direct service including assessment, counseling, discharge planning, and coordinating services; familiarity with PA Act 68 regulations; knowledge of HIPAA and HealthChoices regulations and requirements; thorough understanding of DBH/MRS systems and services; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
