Position Description:

Acts as an organizational resource for quality improvement methodology. Works with leaders and staff to assist them in improving systems and/or practices that impact patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited college with a baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience that includes quality improvement, patient safety, and/or change management. Master's degree in a health related field preferred. Demonstrates effective customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Microsoft Access.Experience working with quality improvement methods and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and implement problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are required for the successful management of this function.CPHQ or CQM preferred.
