R.N. Home Health

RN Degree with current GA License. Provides case management to new and recertified patients. Provides patient visits as necessary. Reports to the Director of Home Health. Responsible for the provision of quality nursing care to clients. Provides proper preventive health care measures. Requires a high degree of independent judgment. Plans and coordinates daily activities of other nursing personnel. Ensures that standards of nursing practice are implemented and monitors standards regularly. Collects data from client by interviewing, observing, inspecting, auscultating and palpating. Documents accurately data collection in the progress notes. Responsible in facilitating patient flow. Other duties as assigned. Bilingual a plus.
