Medical staffing experience is preferred with experience in recruitment is preferred. Responsibilities will include the following:·  Develop and grow a client base  ·  Use his/her proven sales and/or medical background to develop and grow his/her office client base by selling senior-level consulting services to create superior staffing solutions. ·  Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers for the purpose of selling our services to prospective healthcare clients and build on existing client relationships. ·  Recruiting, interviewing, and placing highly skilled nursing professionals at our client sites.  ·  Develop a marketing and recruitment plan that will expand areas of business.  Must be able to execute on plan and achieve business unit goals.  · Responsible for increasing our presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations, job fairs, and events.  ·  Solve specific client staffing needs with a creative approach.   · Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.  ·  Supplemental Health Care provides the industry’s most progressive training, tools and technology to assist a Recruiting Manager in developing and managing his/her business.
