Regional CFO - Hospital Chief Financial Officer - LTACDallas, TexasRegional CFO Over 5 LTAC Hospitals Kaye/Bassman International is currently seeking a Regional CFO / Chief Financial Officer for one of our hospital clients. Based in Dallas, this position is responsible for financial operations and leadership of at least five (5) LTAC Hospitals around the nation. Minimal (less than 25%) travel will be required.   The CFO's principal challenge will be to ensure the accurate appraisal, interpretation, analysis of financial results, and adequate generation of cash flow to support business activities, while also providing interpretation and justification of business plan, forecasts, budgeting and long range plans. As the top finance person in the region, this person needs to be able to be “hands on” and get things done, but be able to provide analysis and recommendations at a 30K foot and strategic level. This person will work closely with the Corporate CFO and leadership team in the strategic management and growth of the overall hospital operations. We are looking for a visible leader who will walk the halls and develop relationships with department heads, staff and physicians. Communications and presentation skills are key. You will have sufficient accounting and financial support and resources on site.  A CPA is helpful, but hospital and healthcare knowledge, contacts and experience are a must. LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
