SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Eastern/Central PA

The Regional Sales Representative will help manage, grow and nurture client relationships, and drive client results as they relate to Company product and service areas.

 

The successful candidate must be skilled at:

• Building and maintaining relationships to enhance overall sales performance.

• New business development.

• Presenting project proposals and deliverables across client organizational levels including to senior management.

• Providing outstanding service, follow-up and serving as an advisor to new and existing clients on Company products and services.

• Solving difficult client problems in a complex business environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 5+ years of demonstrated professional level / outside direct sales work experience.  Candidate must be a self-starter, outcome measurement driven and possess the ability to develop, foster and maintain ongoing multi-tiered relationships at multiple corporate levels within a structured sales and marketing department.  Candidate must be organized and attentive to keeping accurate records of sales activities, client calls and information.  Candidate must be very comfortable with the preparation of proposals and contracts, including the development of both qualitative and quantitative content. Experience with conceptual, intangible and/or professional consulting services sales is necessary.  Familiarity with human resources, risk management, and the insurance industry would be a plus.
