About the REGISTERED NURSE position:

The Registered Nurse will assess and screen clients for clinical eligibility for home care services.  Based on the assessments the RN will develop care plans for homebound elders.  The RN’s time will be divided between home visits, case conferences, team meetings, documentation and other administrative duties. 

 This is a full-time (36 hours per week) position.  A 4-day work week option is available.  The work hours are business day, non-weekend hours.

 Minimum qualifications: valid Massachusetts RN license, BSN with 2 yrs minimum clinical experience including 1 yr experience in community based nursing; direct service in long term care may be substituted for BSN; working knowledge of community resources and reimbursement systems for health and social services.
