RESIDENTIAL YOUTH CARE STAFF

RESIDENTIAL YOUTH CARE STAFF 3rd Shift This position requires that you work the midnight shift, be awake through the whole shift, log bed checks, monitor the halls, assist residents when getting ready for school in the morning. This position also requires strong, confident staff who have the capacity to physically manage youth who are experiencing an emotional crisis, are assaultive and/or being destructive. Experience in a residential treatment program, the military, or security preferred. You must have the skills to verbally de-escalate a crisis and use mature judgment during a management crisis. You will need leadership skills, self discipline, providing a very cool approach to a volatile situation, reliability, flexibility and dedication. You would not have weekends off, but two nights during the week. The location for this position is in Liberty Center, Ohio.
