RN CLINICAL MANAGER

Cambridge Health Alliance is a nationally recognized, award-winning health care system that serves the residents of Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Metro-North region. It is comprised of The Cambridge Hospital, Somerville Hospital, Whidden Memorial Hospital, the Cambridge Public Health Department, more than 20 primary care practices and Network Health - a statewide managed Medicaid health plan. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager for our Broadway Health Center in Somerville, MA. This practice is made up of 2 floors, one specializing in pediatric care and the other specializing in adult medicine. The RN Clinical Manager, in collaboration with the Medical Director and Operations Supervisor, is a key management person of this practice and will be responsible for managing clinical operations of the site to achieve quality, volume and service expectation. Qualified candidates will also be responsible for all department clinical staff and providing direct patient care on a regular basis. Ideal candidate must be an RN with 3-5 yrs clinical management experience in an outpatient setting. Must have a current MA license. BSN preferred. Experience with managing in a union environment a plus. Current Basic Life Support "C" Certification required.
