RN Case Managers

RN Case Managers, full-time and per diem are needed due to rapid growth in our home health agency in Cabot, AR.  These positions are responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivery of quality skilled services.  RNs will facilitate communication and coordination of care between clients, families, caregivers, physicians and other service providers as necessary.

 

RNs will assure current and accurate clinical records in compliance with documentation requirements and program specific rules for coverage and qualifying criteria.

Requirements:

 

Current AR RN license and one year clinical experience required.

 

Auto liability insurance with current unrestricted drivers license as position does require home visits.
